We are pleased to report that our recent webinar titled “A Voyage through the Universe” delivered under the Astro‑Journeys project saw strong engagement: with 52 registrations and 24 participants joining the live session.
Hosted on 1 October (17:00 – 18:00 CEST), the webinar was aimed at primary and secondary school teachers, informal science education practitioners (including museum and planetarium staff), teacher trainers and education policymakers interested in STEM and space education. The session was led by Rosa Doran from NUCLIO.
The event provided an overview of the project’s objectives, introduced astronomy‑based activity examples that can be adapted to different classroom contexts, and outlined how educators can engage with upcoming training opportunities and the project community. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss practical implementation.
